Recently fully renovated in a modern style, it consists of two bedrooms with double beds, an open-plan kitchen, a living room with two sofa beds, a bathroom with bathtub, and a balcony with an outdoor dining area and portable barbecue — with an uninterrupted view over the town, the sunset and a side sea view.
Each with a double bed, individually controlled air conditioning, safe box, full closet, dresser, desk and balcony. Soundproof double-glass windows, mosquito screens, cotton satin sheets — with a second set of linen in the closet.
Fully equipped for breakfast, lunch or dinner: fridge-freezer, electric cooker with 4 rings and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, blender, juicer, mixer, and tea & coffee making facilities.
Bathtub with bath amenities provided — soap, shampoo, foam bath, body lotion and slippers. Full sets of bath towels (second set in the closet), hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Two modern sofas that sleep two, cable TV with satellite channels, DVD player with a movie collection and a small library. On the balcony, enjoy the sunset with a cool drink at the outdoor dining table.
Ialyssos (also known as Trianda) is the second-largest town on the island and one of the most popular resorts in Rhodes. The sandy and pebble beach, just 500 m away, offers windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkeling and sailing.
Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars, tourist shops, banks with ATMs, internet cafés, a children's playground and beach taverns for a romantic sunset meal are all a short walk away. A car is simply not necessary — a bus and taxi station sits directly opposite the building, with buses roughly every 15 minutes to Rhodes Town, the Old Town, the harbor and the airport. A local tourist train even passes in front of the apartment every half hour.

Exit the airport and turn left toward Rhodes town. Follow the main road for 7 km; at the Ialyssos/Trianta traffic lights turn left onto Ierou Lochou Street — the apartment is right there, with free parking on the street.
Give the driver the address: No 8, Ierou Lochou str., Ialyssos. A taxi station also sits directly opposite the apartment for getting around during your stay.
Take the bus toward Rhodes town from outside the airport and get off at the Ialyssos/Trianta stop (next to the police station). Cross the street — the apartment is at the start of the road leading to the beach.
Earlier check-in on request, if possible. I'll be waiting at the apartment at the agreed time to welcome you, show you around and explain how everything works. Please message me as soon as you land so I can be there on time. Passport copies are required for all guests; two sets of keys are provided.
Later check-out on request, if possible. The apartment is inspected before departure; please return the keys, leave equipment clean and in place, empty the bins and fridge, and clean the barbecue. Otherwise a €50 cleaning fee applies.
